There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• ​Merchandise Purchase: Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every [Dollar Amount, e.g., $5.00] spent on eligible merchandise (Shirts, Hats, etc.) at [Your Website URL] during the Promotion Period.
• ​No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a standard envelope to: [Your Business Mailing Address]. Each mail-in entry counts as [Number] entries.

​1. Promotion Period

​The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at [Time] and ends on [End Date] at [Time]. All online entries must be received by the end date, and mail-in entries must be postmarked by [Date].

​2. The Prize

• ​Grand Prize: One (1) 2026, Hayabusa Motorcycle
• ​Estimated Retail Value (ERV): $200,000.
• ​Conditions: The winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as licensing, registration, insurance, and transport fees from Texas. The prize is awarded “as-is” with no warranties.

​3. Winner Selection & Notification

• ​Drawing: The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrators on or about the Drawing Date.
• ​Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at checkout/entry. If a winner does not respond within [72 hours], an alternate winner may be selected.
