​7. Vehicle Prize Conditions

If the prize includes a vehicle:
7.1. CNE will cover Title, Tax, and License (TT&L) fees associated with the vehicle transfer.
7.2. The winner must provide:

Proof of insurance prior to vehicle transfer
7.3. Vehicle color, trim level, and options may vary based on availability.
7.4. The vehicle must be accepted as awarded.
7.5. The winner assumes all responsibility for maintenance, insurance, and
operational costs after delivery.

8. Home Prize Conditions

If the prize includes a vehicle:
7.1. CNE will cover Title, Tax, and License (TT&L) fees associated with the vehicle transfer.
7.2. The winner must provide: Proof of insurance prior to vehicle transfer
7.3. Vehicle color, trim level, and options may vary based on availability.
7.4. The vehicle must be accepted as awarded.
7.5. The winner assumes all responsibility for maintenance, insurance, and operational costs after delivery.

9. Cash Alternative Option

9.1. Winners may elect to receive a cash equivalent instead of the advertised prize.
9.2. The cash value will be determined by CNE based on the fair market value of the prize.
9.3. The cash equivalent may be less than the retail value of the advertised prize.

10. Winner Selection

10.1. Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible
entries received.
10.2. The drawing will be conducted by CNE or an independent prize giveaway administrator.
10.3. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10.4. In giveaways featuring multiple vehicle prizes, an individual entrant may win only one (1) vehicle prize during the applicable giveaway period. Once an entrant has been confirmed as a vehicle prize winner, that entrant will become ineligible to win any additional vehicle prizes in the same giveaway promotion, in order to provide other eligible participants an opportunity to win

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

11.1. Potential winners will be notified via:

• Telephone
• Certified mail

11.2. Winners must respond within ten (10) business days of notification.
11.3. Failure to respond within the time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

12. WINNER VERIFICATION

Winners must complete and return the following documentation (included on website entry):

CNE is not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed entries
• Technical failures
• Server interruptions
• Unauthorized access or hacking

17. Disqualifications

Participants may be disqualified for:

  CNE reserves the right to disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
